Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where do I enter my license key?
    Open the app and click the 🔑 button on the browser toolbar, then paste your key in the activation window and confirm. Full reader mode unlocks once activated.
  • Where can I find my device ID?
    In the same 🔑 activation window — the page shows this device's ID. Provide it when purchasing or requesting a trial license.
  • Can I use my key on a new computer?
    A key is bound to one device at a time. Unbind it on the old device first (or ask an admin to unbind), then activate on the new one.
  • Can I try before licensing?
    Yes. Without a license, reader mode shows the first 50% of an article; everything else works normally. Enter a key to unlock the full text.
  • Does it work offline?
    Yes. A signed credential is stored locally after activation, so it works offline within the validity period; it re-verifies with the server when online.
  • Do you collect my browsing data?
    No. Reading, narration, ad blocking and favorites all run locally; only license verification submits your device ID and key.
